I realized that there was an amount that was not my charge on my statement with a name I am not familiar with, chargefix.co, so I attempted to find that name online and sent them a message telling them to refund my money now. I never heard back. Then I found an email from the recovery services saying they saved a transaction, so I sent them a message and I didn't hear back, but I called them. They claimed to only be a financial service that I had to call this monthly services, that I had never heard of, so I called there and they said they never heard of me. So they told me to call the company it stated on my statement. I found the number for chargefix.com and they said they also just recover transactions, and I told them I had better have the refund back in my account now, which they said would be happening.
