Report

Mandy 855-500-9848 x 1406 called from Challas Group stating that we had been overcharged in in MPS for 3.5 when it should be 1.5%. Said she needs copy of our stmt to correct. I asked further questions and she intentionally led me to believe that she worked with my mps. I called back to get the name of the company, Challas under Processing Depot was what she gave me. Again , they stated they work for the cc industry. It was completely misleading even when I kept digging for more information.
