Scammer portrays to be part of Title or Escrow company, and/or a Realtor Transaction based on the writing a contract (without a license, and not disclosing) along with papers wanting to snatch your property for pennies on thousands. For example, my property is work over 100K and he wants to get this for $1260. I never requested this info. Me and my wife are just shocked. How many older people is this person and company scamming as some folks might think this is part of paperwork and hand over their entire property to these scammers. Please take serious action against this company and investigate.
