Type of a scam Home Improvement

Daniel Byer and his other half Nicoletta DiVasto are partners in crime from New Mexico to central Florida. Daniel Byer poses as a general contractor and passes himself off as a strong Christian man. He mainly scams folks within the Villages and he got me in Lady Lake. Has scammed many people in Oxford as well. He is not licensed nor has the ability to even put a fence up the right way. He scammed my mother out of $ 61,000 and did not do work anywhere near that amount. He actually never physically did any work, he hires others to do it. He pulls no permits and has you write out checks to anyone but himself so there is no trail. Currently he is in jail in Lake county for non payment of child support for his 12 year old son. Daniel and Nicoletta are heavily into drugs with Nicoletta doing Xannax and Daniel smoking Fentanyl. I posted on the Next Door app warnings about him and if anyone had any dealings with him, to contact me. I had three of his previous landlords reach out to me with horror stories of a terrible tenant who made excuses when it was time to pay the rent. They also leave the dwelling a mess with lots of damage. I also had 4 people contact me that had hired Daniel up to four years ago in The Villages were Daniel took money and never provided services. He is a scammer of the worse kind. It’s hard to have anything done once you have been conned by a person like Daniel. Senior verses crime just tries to help you have the work completed or corrected. I myself did not want this man anywhere near my property after my dealings with him. Not only did he take me for $2,200, he and his girlfriend Nicoletta, took personal things from my house. So BEWARE of Daniel Byer or Daniel VonDer Byer or anything remotely close to that name as he has many aliases. You can find personal information about him on Truth Finder and you will see all his arrests and all the folks that have taken him to court to get their money back. He will try to pass himself off as being 20 years younger that what he is. As of today he is 61 years old. Don’t be fooled by him! He is a crook!
