Human Arc keeps calling me and I am NOT interested in they’re product. It’s a company that helps people with disabilities gain access to government programs for which they want to perform an hour long phone consultation. My doctors and government programs are located in Washington State so I don’t understand why someone from New York would be calling me for government benefits. I want them to stop calling me because I’m not interested in their benefits. Besides I don’t know whether or not this may be a scam looking to collect my personal information.

Two days after a valid medical appointment, I began receiving robo calls from this organization every day claiming to be contacting me on behalf of the XXX medical center I had visited. I called the medical center and asked how my information was forwarded to an outside party. They were surprised to find out I had been contacted "on their behalf." I will continue to work with them to find out how this could happen. In the meantime, I have done some research and reviewed the complaints very much similar to mine.
