I applied for a loan online and got a response over email a few days later. It was very vague . I contacted the number provided and instantly seemed like a scam then the next day two different people called me about the loan all cell phones from different areas in Ontario. I picked up on of the calls. And they stated I was approved but only on a secured loan and to send 2950 and I would get it back in eight months and I states I wasn’t comfortable sending money And as soon as I started asking business questions and the office phone number they hung up on me and so I called back wouldn’t answer I got my coworker to call they answered and as soon as they stated they were calling on my behalf they said they were on the other line. So my coworker said I am willing to put my house for collateral he said no you need to send 2950 and when she said no she got hung up on.
