First, the repair shop lures you with a "free" courtesy inspection. Then they bait and switch with a diagnostics test, which they bill you for at an hourly rate over $200. They falsely claim to be competent and qualified to determine what problems your vehicle is experiencing. However, as it turns out, they actually don't know what vehicle issues actually exist; unless of course your car computer has already diagnosed the problem area(s). Then they return the vehicle to the owner, without any definitive diagnosis or any repairs. This shop is preying on naive customers who do not realize they are being fleeced. Management and staff here will recommend that you keep bringing your vehicle in until they can find the areas in need of repair. Meanwhile, they run up hundreds or thousands of dollars in diagnostic testing, only to come up empty handed. This shop will even run digital diagnostic tests on an old model analog vehicle, completely useless.
