ordered a pony halter and matching lead rope in the beginning of 2025. The company keeps saying someone tried to steal their company and that they have been working to catch up. I have followed up with them numerous times and they say my order is coming. today they said i can expedite my shipment by purchasing something else from them and they will show proof of tracking before payment. They continue to accept new order at higher prices and are refusing to ship orders from two years ago because they want more items purchased.

Purchased equestrian products June 2025, never posted. Seller ignores emails for months on end, ignores requests for refund. Claims on social media that her business has been sabotaged by business partners but continues to sell and fulfill new orders while 1000s (facebook page full of customers in the same position I am in) of customers are left without their product or a refund. Stay clear.
