Facebook Marketplace dress buyer tried to scam me through fake Cash App support
She then sent me a screenshot that said the payment had failed and that I needed to contact Cash App support through a phone number she provided. I called the number, and they told me I had to send $600 in order to receive the $25 payment for the dress. I ended up hanging up and blocking the emails, phone number, and the person on Facebook.
She kept messaging me, saying I needed to call them back or she was going to contact the FBI and report me, and that I would be arrested if I did not send the $600 in order to receive my $25 payment for the dress I listed.
