Some people keep calling me from +1 (517) 275-4349 and saying they are Soulmates recovery services or Summer Recovery Services it’s changes every time I call them back. They said I took an online payday loan from Cash Web USA ( one of their many partners) supposedly but I never got a loan in November 2019 and they said I had to pay back 1055 dollars or they are going to take me to court and garnish my wages. I set up a payment arrangement but as I was researching I found that this doesn’t seem real at all and just trying to get money. I don’t understand how they have a few different workers unless they all scam I don’t know. And when you question them they get upset and hang up and say you don’t want to resolve this bye.

They have called me several times with different numbers. They are say I owe $1500 for a loan that I never got. They even had my last 4 number of my SSN. I know this is a scammer trying to get money. He wanted me to set up a payment arrangement to pay the loan back. But when I as for the company were I supposed to have got it from he wouldn't give ma know information. I know their are several scammers trying to get over on people. I blocked their numbers hopefully they will go try and fool someone else. Please be very aware on these things, people are always doing something to get over on other people.

CURRENT SCAM ATTEMPT. Keep getting calls from this number, answered today, starts with recording as open debt collection, attempting to collect a debt, time sensitive, YadaYada, Guy gets on saying its regarding a loan my husband took with Cash Web for $1500 and he could settle it to prevent it from going on his credit report, wrong person to pick, my husband, literally the biggest hater of paying any type of fee or interest, he believes if you can't pay for it you cannot afford it. I was only concerned that someone else had opened something fraudulently under his name. When I questioned the debt, the guy became hostile and rude, I immediately knew it was a scam. Any true representative with an actual collection service would be willing to give specifics, dates opened and where it was opened or try and provide some assistance. SCARY thing was they had last 4 of SS No. We have identity protection, so I did report and put a watch warning on for any new activity.

SCAM...SCAM..SCAMM! These people have been calling me from different numbers throughout the year, first telling me that I owe money on a $1500 loan taken out from CASHWEBUSA and every time I ask them to mail me proof they hang up on me! Today, they called me from this number leaving 2 voicemails claiming that they are MRS and this is urgent as they are trying to collect on a debt. When I called back they gave the last 4 of my social which im LIVID about and when I told the guy I did not take out this loan and that I need a website to verify their company he said he will just notate my account so I get no more calls, and then I asked again for the website again, he kept saying the same thing and I told them they are a scam and they better stop calling me!
How do I get them to stop and find a way to get my social off the web?

These nuts just called me and said I took out a loan from them. I cut then off right then and there. I never heard of them, never took a loan from them, and this call was a fraud! He tried to convince me, but I wasn't having it. Not today buddy😡

Someone called me but I did not answer so they left a message not once but twice so I decided to call them back and they tried to tell me I have a loan with cash web USA I told him no I don’t and I have never heard of that company and they hung up quickly I am so tired of these scams I wish they would all fall off the face of the earth

Received a call from this number. Hung up immediately after the recording said my name and before I could get their 800# that they tried to spill out... Also said that the company was MRS. I called MRS Collections and they had NO IDEA who I was and could NOT find me in their system. But I was curious so I attempted to call the original 7076837922 number back because they were saying there was a "judgement" against me. I called the number and it was for CashWebUSA. I have never heard of these people and they claimed that I owed $1500 (500 + fees smfh) and that this was from 2018 and named off all sorts of payday loan places - none of which I have done business with but said we could "settle" this for $580 and in his words "this is a good deal". Im so happy that my company TEACHES us about these scams. Scary thing is is that they knew the last four of my SSN. THIS IS A SCAM AND IT NEEDS TO STOP! I have BLOCKED this number!

They called my cell phone and said they identify my name and they have my last 4 digits of my social security number and I told them, I never heard of them and never used so I blocked their number which I only remember the area code 313

Today, my heart sank as I received a call that would change the course of my day. It was Gemma, a woman who seemed to be simply doing her job. Little did she know, her call was from a company that would invoke frustration and disbelief within me – Midland Collections. The call was missed, but the urgency conveyed in the message left me with no choice but to return it. The number on the caller ID displayed as 239.499.1826.

Gemma introduced herself as a representative of Midland Collections, her words heavy with the weight of a debt that supposedly belonged to me. According to her, this debt was acquired from a company called Cash Web USA, originating from a payday loan that I had allegedly taken out back in 2018. Yet, unbeknownst to Midland Collections, I have never once sought such a loan.

As the call went on, it became clear that they believed I owed them a staggering sum of $450 from that supposed loan in 2018. However, they had conveniently added on interest and fees, resulting in an outrageous debt of $1844.10. In a somewhat menacing tone, Gemma offered a twisted compromise – if I were to settle the debt today, Midland Collections would graciously accept a reduced payment of $844.10. Yet, deep down, I knew I owed them nothing.

Although unfamiliar with this company and entirely innocent of any payday loan, I fear that Midland Collections will follow through on their threats. They will undoubtedly take forceful actions against me, someone who had never even heard their name before.

Desperate for answers, I requested information about this alleged Cash Web USA. Gemma, without hesitation, provided me with an account number containing a suspiciously specific 12 digits. But I knew better. I knew that these digits were nothing more than a figment of their deception. Seeking reassurance, I asked for documented proof to be sent to my address. However, I did not disclose nor confirm my address, choosing to protect myself from their cunning tactics.

To my utmost horror, Gemma possessed the last four digits of my social security number and even knew my current mailing address. But when I asked for evidence regarding this matter, her response pierced through my soul. She claimed that I would receive nothing because my case had been "red flagged" due to my apparent non-compliance with their previously sent correspondence.

In this whirlwind of disbelief and frustration, I find myself caught in the clutches of a deceitful web spun by Midland Collections. A woman named Gemma, who is simply trying to make a living, unknowingly carries out the demands of an unscrupulous company. It is a distressing and heart-wrenching situation that fuels a mix of anger, sadness, and helplessness within me. How can I defend myself against a debt that is nothing but a mirage? Yet, I refuse to surrender to their false accusations, for I know my innocence will prevail.

They called my brother for me and told him they would settle for 1200. And he told I didn't have a loan. Then he called me and I called them and they told me the loan was with cash web and I had never heard of it. So they said the man I needed to talk to was unable to talk to right now they would have him call me back but have not called yet.

I received the call I was half asleep and I didn't recall if I had a payday loan I know I had one that I haven't paid and that is what I assumed it was for but then I made a settlement option with them because I said that they were going to take me to court so I really thought I owe this company because I don't recall I was half asleep again. I had settled for a payment option on the 31st of January but I decided to do my research and now I am seeing that it is a type of scam from this collected agency trying to collect the debt for Cash Web USA I don't recall having any loans from them but CashNetUSA I called them and they said I paid off my account with them and they don't see any other account that is old that all my other accounts have been returned back to the lender so that I should remove my card with them immediately I tried calling back but they just go to voicemail. What should I do is it legit or not I'm worries what if it is a debt i owe and i don't recall?

Received a message from 737-473-0202. The call back number was 844-240-202. When I called back the first gentlemen said it was a debt collector looking for my husband. I told him my husband was asleep could I assist him as I pay all our bills. He hung up on me. I called back the second gentlemen told me we had taken out a payday loan of like 750.00 in 2017. This is absolutely impossible as we were in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in 2017 and I in know way shape or form would have taken out a payday loan. I told the gentlemen I would like to dispute the debt and he said if you pay it it will be cheaper than disputing. Um no, oh and supposedly they sent us a notice 90 days ago. We have gotten no such notices.

They called my husbands phone and asked him to verify the last 4 of my SSN. They advised I had a loan from 2017 that is now $1100 from fees. I have never heard of them and haven't taken out a loan with anyone online in over 10 years. I have no current payday loans out and refused to "settle" as they requested. I asked for the paperwork so I show my lawyer and they didn't have any but decided to notate my account and forward it to lender. Yeah you do that

I received a phone call today saying that I owe Cashwebusa.com $780.00. I never even heard of this site. They said I borrowed $300 in 2015. I did not borrow anything and the person also said that my phone number i son the account. In 2015 I did not even have my current phone number. I got his phone number about 2 years ago. The number they called me from is 1-769-224-8106. Someone needs to stop these people.

Received 2 separate phone calls from someone by the name of James Cox. Doing a search for the phone number returned a list of scams from the same name dating back over 2-3 years. The first phone call didn't state anything other than trying to reach me due to being a point of contact for some affidavit of claim. The second phone call was from the same person but this time said it was dealing with some issue with Cash Web USA which I have never even heard of.
