I got a email from a person by the name John stating that I owe cashngo the amount of 983.45 and a settlement offer of 350.00 would settle the det other wise I will be going to court if not paid by 3/17/2023 they are going to the court house in my town of Menomonie Wisconsin 54751 I have not done any business with them and I can't find any cashngo near me I'm on disability and it states that they will garnish my state tax return I've sent a email back to them and have gotten no response

Case File Number CNU-111542221. Initial Loan Amount $450.00. Total Outstanding Balance $1155.48. Not on my credit report. The email states that it is notifying me regarding my personal loan. Our primary job was to notify you of the case before we send you legal document in the mail. We won't be able to help you out of court. It talked about a lawsuit. The email name said Angela Lawman, Sr Executive Consolidation Dept Cash n Go.
