I had been applying for a payday loan. Several sites popped, but none went thru. To my surprise, the next day , I see this email stating I was approved for $5000. They emailed me documentation to sign for $5000. It looked legit, but something told me not to. So I didn’t, and then googled him. His name came up as a Scammer.

I have been looking for a personal loan online. And naturally by leaving my email address on one site I began to received numerous emails and texts from different companies. This company had stated that I was approved for a loan. They then stated that to verify my identity and prevent fraud they would send a “verification” amount of $500 to make bank account and that I would have to send it back in order for them to send the complete loan. They also would state that if your account was in the negative they would cover the difference. ?? Seems strange to do something with $500 that $0.50 can do with an automatic return.

Was offered Advanced loan fee of 3000 with 9% interest rate over 2-3 years payback. Desperate for money to help pay for my boards and get things in order as a single parent I accepted and began sending money via cash app to do verification to “build credit” that was deposited in my account” the money often would not work via cash app so I would have to buy gift cards, I did this 3 times as 8 I was told each time I had to “raise my credit score with the company”. The last time they took 600 out of my back account without my knowledge leaving me negative and continued to tell me my loan would be deposited. That is when I came here and decided to change all my banking information. They went by name cash express loan. They had a woman name Josie speak with me on their company messenger and a man named James speak with me via text from phone number ( 747) 877 3905...he called me names like babes and sweetie....very unprofessional.....I feel violated and now am worse than when I started.

Business contacted consumer via text message stating that she was pre-approved for a $5000 loan. In order to process the loan she needed to pay a $200 fee in iTunes gift cards. She spoke w/ a Christopher Jones and Kevin Warner. The two have since told her they have had her bank account suspended (when she contacted the bank she found her account has been closed - she is going into the bank personally to get more information). Now they are saying that the $200 is a cancelation fee, and that for another $100 in iTunes gift cards they can reinstate her bank account.
