E-mail stating: I will be prosecuted in the court house within a couple of days. So before something goes wrong, we would like to notify you about the matter. Demanding money I pay 250.00 today to put the case on hold, 780.85 today close the case out or pay loan in full 1870.17. Talking about I will be charged with 1) Violation Of Federal Banking Regulation 2) Collateral Check Fraud, 3) Theft by Deception 4) Electronic Fund Transfer. They are in process to block my SS# and inform all Major Credit Bureaus as well. We let my employer know of fraud and total will amount to 2674.67.
