Ordered 2 cat scratching baskets on 7/20 from a site that sounded legit. Never received them and I keep getting emails that they are on their way. Tracking shows they have never left Houston. They say they can't refund me money because the tracking shows they are in transit. What a bunch of BS.

This was a pop-up ad that arrived while playing a game. I ordered an emergency choking relief kit on June 29, 2026. When I tracked the order it said the product was returned to the shipper. I contacted Cartivra and was told a replacement order would be sent and I would receive confirmation of shipment. To date there has been no notification of shipment.

Selling seat gap fillers that fit between car seat and console. I placed an order and was charged $17.94 total. I received confirmation and a tracking number from a Chinese shipper that showed item was shipped from China and arrived in U.S. about a week later. After a few more days the tracking number didn't exist. The next day the tracking number reappeared and stated item was delivered at a day and time I was home. I sent a notice that the item wasn't received and they replied it was in transit. Second attempt to contact Cartivra was ignored.
