I purchased what was supposed to be a NeeDoh style advent calendar for 39.99 for my kids. It took over a month to receive the product, and I had asked to cancel my order because it was taking so long and it was becoming clear to me I had been scammed. They only had a gmail email address to use to contact them, and didn't respond until my item finally arrived. At that point, they offered me a 30% refund but I haven't been able to reach them since that offer to even accept the small refund they offered for what was total garbage they sent me.
