While I am technically not out any money, I am not satisfied with the quality and am not receiving a full refund.

I ordered a dress but the wrong color was in the shopping cart. When I contacted the company, they immediately responded that the correct dress would be sent so I felt confident with their service. However, the wrong dress arrived (much later than they said) and is a disgusting quality. There’s a huge slit from ankle to waist band which was not in the description. I am asking them to pay for return shipping and to refund my money. They continue to offer ridiculous solutions such as my keeping the dress for a 10% refund and 50% off future orders. The dress arrived with a return address of New York and they expect me to pay for shipping to China.
