Caroline Kinnaird Reports & Reviews (2)

Caroline Kinnaird told my wife, Bonnie, she passed the initial criteria of a federal grant worth $50,000. Caroline stated the grant was ‘not authorized’ by the IRS because we had to pay a past due balance (6,500) before the grant would be authorized to be delivered by UPS to our home. Bonnie & I (John) were 50/50 on what was bs or something screwy!
The final nail in the bs column was when we had paid the initial sum, waiting for delivery and certificates stating the IRS approved the payment sum and authorized release of the grant to us.
The final “this is scam bs” was when on the morning of the ‘ expected’ delivery, Caroline Kinnaird wrote to Bonnie and myself, separately, that because of the payment delay, her management stated they wanted to increase the grant to $150,000 but we would owe the $15,000!

She told me it was a Federal Government and Private Grant Foundation that issues billions of dollars in grant money to a variety of groups each year. Grants are awarded to individuals each and every day. Grant programs are not loans. You decide how much money you need. As long as the amount is lawful and you meet the Foundation's and Government agencies requirements, the money is yours to keep and never needs to be repaid. Grant money is non-taxable and interest free. Grant programs also do not require a credit check, security deposits or cosigners. You can even apply if you have declared bankruptcy or have bad credit. You as a taxpayer and U.S. citizen are entitled to apply for this money. This program is based on helping pay for medical bills, buying a home, salesman starting their own business, going to school, teachers, retired teachers with seniors, old and retired (Now that does not make sense). Kindly let us know if you are ready to check your eligibility status. Of course I was eligible, for $150,000. I just had to send them my personal information, although they did not ask for SSN or passwords, but mother's maiden name, worth of income, (another red flag). They guaranteed that my information is 100% safe with them. For me to send them the correct answers to her right now and I would get my money. My daughter told me, don't do it, it has to be a scam. Thank God I never did!
