Was charged $24.95 without my consent or authorization. Was initially only supposed to be charged $1.00. None of the contact information is worth a crap, so good luck getting a hold of this scam of a company. I am at my wits end and infuriated.

Bill was $1 for VIN lookup. They charged me $24.95. Received fraud alert from VISA. Cancelled card but paid the $1 I was supposed to be charged. FRAUD, don't use them. Cancelled credit card to prevent them from charging my card under a different name.

Carlookup.com is a scam

Clicked on the add for free report on a VIN number, asked for a $1 for the report and then charged $1, $24.95 and $19.95 to my card. Apart from the $1, rest of the transactions are fraudulent and done by the Carlookupusa without consent. I have reported this scam to my bank and have also sent the complaint to [email protected]. I have not yet received any revert from carlookup.com and are definitely scamming people around the country.

This is a scammer over the internet, Paid one dollar report, and charged me 3 times, 1, 19.95, and 24.95, I have no idea how these people are still over the internet stealing money .

They show on there site, That you can do a vin number checkup for a dollar, So i use my debit card to pay, To get a report on my vehicle, To make a long story short, After i got the report, I check my online account , For transaction on my checking account, There was a charge for $251.72 on my account , From [email protected]. So i called there customer service number, I talk to a lady, And bluntly told her, I am not satisfied with there service, And i want my account refunded right away, And want a comformation email from them, Showing that my account will be credited I also told her That i am going to be charging them for fraud , And also putting a review about them into the better buissiness bureau, Consumer affairs, And contacting the ombudsman about them, And that i will make shure that there shut down.

charged me 24.95 twice for 1 incorrect report. Needs to be shut down and someone accountable for it. I'm not alone. I locked my card so they got declined both times. Had to call and have some unknown subscription canceled. Do not use them

I ordered a free VIN check on vehiclehistoryreport.us.org. After entering my information I was prompted to pay $1. They charged a total of $25.95 to my bank card. Also the information is incorrect. I already know the car's history. My bank has reversed the charges 3 times. I just filed a complaint with the FTC.

This "company" goes by two names, Vindatastory and CarLookUpUSA, but they are the same. They claim to charge $1, one dollar, to look up a vin car number and check on the owner of the car, but they really charge your account $24.95 NOT $1. They have now charged my bank account over $50 and I have received no service. I have sent an email cancelling their "service" and have also notified my bank of this scam.
