It a scam got charged four time the amount that I ordered

The knee braces took a very long time to be delivered. Once delivered the braces were way too small talk with support and was advised to return for a refund. Had to pay shipping fee. Was advised to send my tracking number. All this I did. After they had received my return I still didn’t receive a refund. Called support once again and spent way too long on the phone with Jen, only to find out that my refund was less than I paid because of shipping cost. I paid $6.00 to ship the braces back but the paid $9.95 to ship them to me. All in all I would not recommend this company. You can order the same product on Amazon for $10 and if it doesn’t work for you, they have FREE returns.

I ordered 4 knee braces from them. When I received them, they were too small so I was going to exchange them. During this I had gone to the doctor and treatment was to be different than I thought. So I just wanted to return them. The order receipt has a clause at the bottom of the page saying 100% money back guarantee. Their website didn't have a contact phone number, only email address. I emailed them asking for a return address, but never got a response. I was running out of time so I looked up an address and returned them. Tracking said they were delivered within my 30 days. I followed up with an email because I didn't receive a refund. I was asked if I had contacted them first, because the return had to authorized. Then I was told I would not get a refund because I sent it to the wrong address. After much communication, I was told their policy is 30% refund because I did it wrong. They asked for screen shots of me trying to email them and the tracking number. I have complied with all of their requests. They have 100% of their product back. This is false advertising. And why don't they have a customer service phone number to reach someone if there is a problem. We're talking about $94. But if the company is an ethical company they will refund my money.

I purchased a knee sleeve from Caresole in early march 2021 It was a wrong size, i returned it in late April and have NOT YET received my refund. They claim they needed the original tracking number. I had all of that included in the envelope with the returned item for their reference. I would NOT recommend Caresole to anyone

I purchased on line a 3 pairs of insoles for Plantar fasciitis for Care Sole for $42.98. On 17 October 2018 they took the money from my account. 2 months later and they still haven't arrived! I did contact them once to track them and see what the deal was and they stated they were in the U.S. but couldn't tell me where. Since then I have tried to call their Customer Service line about 20 times. Each time your call will go hold and irritating music will play for 10:29 then you will be disconnected. I have also emailed them also with no response! I think they took my money and I will not ever see the product I ordered.
