Received letter - company name "Motor Vehicle Services" with no address listed on the front. In Bold Letters is text "IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED"

Letter: "We would like to speak with you about an important matter regarding your (car make and model listed). Please call 1-866-799-6459 as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU (Bold Letters).

We reserve the right to revoke allocated Waiver after seven days of receiving this notice.

The "Allocated waiver is $199.00."

It had my correct mailing address, my name, and car make and model. The postal stamp read it was zip 33431 and was a postage paid permit no. 1535. I think the state or the dealer sold my information.

Received a letter in the mail about a final notice for the warranty on my new Subaru. It said if I didn’t reply within a week I may be responsible for all repairs. No business name or address on the letter but they knew the make/model/year of my car. I called the dealership I bought it from and it’s not from them. I bought a warranty from them already and that’s all squared away.

We received a letter in the mail with information (e.g., make, model, year) about a car we recently purchased. The name of the dealership we purchased the car from was also listed. The letter said, "IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUESTED. We would like to speak with you about an important matter regarding your new car. Please call 1-866-933-3110 as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice."

The bottom of the letter looks like a check in the amount of $199.00. It is labelled an "allocated waiver."
