Upon listing my car online for sale I received two requests from different emails allegedly interested in buying my car. Both requested a vehicle history report and suggested websites to make the purchase. The second person sent a follow up email that appeared to be an auto response after the first email.

I posted an Ad on Craigslist to sell a vehicle. I was I contacted about the ad and they wanted to communicate via email. I did and the first thing they said to me was trying to sell me on a vehicle history report from a website that didnt look right. I looked it up on BBB.com and it sounded exactly like a current scam.
