I was in need of a rental car due to mine being in the shop. I called My Car Rental because they were the cheapest. I do not have a credit card but they said to go get a prepaid card for $400 and $550, take a picture of the front and back of the cards and send it to them. I was suppose to get the rental today and that did not happen. I called the number to ask why i have not received the car and the number is disconnected.

There was a number connect to dollar rental company for reservations. I called after being in an accident and thought i was setting up the reservation. I was told I had to pay deposit to serve the car. I called back the next day after giving the cc number and was then told they did not take regular credit cards as payment and did not take the serve card. I was asked to issue a copy of the card as well as the receipt. i refused to give a copy of the receipt! The hold on the card was for GOAT. The charge that came through was for G *FlightClub188#51045 for 256.50.

They also said that a Gold card had to be used!

I call a number listed under car rental they answer like car service

Expedia I needed a car to visit my dying Sister in New York as I couldn’t make a flight because it was Labor Day weekend so I decided to take a car and drive up when I call them I’m ready to make the payment with my bank card. They say their server was down, but I could buy with prepaid Bank of America express card and I will also get a discount because they’re having a promotion with American Express blinded by grief off my sister I went to CVS and got a card. I put the money on the card and call them and give them the information as they requested this card was a serve American Express I call the card customers service to inform them but I got no help I told them before the money was taken but they took long

I was looking for a car rental for a family vacation and needed it last minute. I happened upon their website and was so excited to gind a car that was near my house. Gilled out all the information, but because it was such a good deal, my intuition told me to check the reviews. When i did that there were all positive review, until i saw one thatsaid when she went to pick up the car........dimmples car rental didn’t exist. So i google searched the location and it was a house in a neighborhood. Went to other locations in other states and they were all residences or other businesses. They don't exist and are stealing people's money for rentals that don't exist. They write fake reviews, so they don't get clocked or raise suspicion. I live in a predominantly white city. All of the names on the reviews are foreign. My guess is, they're running this site from Africa and using a U.S. address.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM EASIRENT!

And shame on you Kayak for doing business with a corrupt, lying, insensitive, unprofessional, rip-off of a company.

We did absolutely nothing wrong by reserving a car through Kayak and then uploading all of our documents for an easy and smooth check in process at Easirent and let me tell you this is so they can try and deny your insurance card and tell you that you must provide you insurance declarations page or you must purchase their highly outrageous insurance as yours is not acceptable.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER have I had a car rental company tell me I have to produce my insurance declarations page or purchase their insurance when my insurance card was previously uploaded to their website. This is/was a complete scam and when I mentioned that to the attendant he refused us a car, threw us out of the building going on 10:00pm at night and told us to take our [censored] back to the airport....in which we had to get an Uber as we were in the middle of an area we were extremely unfamiliar with and late at night. This was very unsafe for us.

Kayak YOU need to do better, this is absolutely unacceptable. We will NEVER reserve another car through this service(Kayak). Again SHAME ON YOU.

We immediately called our credit card company from the parking lot while waiting on our Uber to dispute any/all charges from Easirent.

Good Luck to whomever reads this and take note of the Scam Easirent is pulling on their customers. If you do rent from them, take your insurance portfolio along for the ride or no ride (pun intended).

Here is a little more info on their insurance policy-

Insurance excess waiver & Covers (Included in our prices)

Third Party Liability Protection (TP): Third-Party liability covers the driver’s liability for damage to any third-party property. The hirer is still liable for the excess amount, as stated on the rental agreement. Insurance excess waiver can be purchased to reduce the excess amount.

Fire and Theft Waiver (FTW): Theft Waiver limits the driver’s liability for costs incurred by fire or theft of the rental car – or damage incurred by the theft or attempted theft – liability starts at £1500 (depending on car category), subject to the terms of the rental agreement.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Collision Damage Waiver limits the driver’s liability (excess) to 1500 GBP / 2100 EUR in the event that the rental car is damaged, subject to the rental agreement. Excess may vary on MPV/luxury cars. This protection applies to all authorised drivers of the rental car only.

The above packages are all optional and included in the retail rate due to advertising regulations. These covers can be removed at any time on request. For more information on this, please call reservations on 08000 75 80 75.

I called for a car rental bought an ******** ******* card put $500 on the card for the rental. They told me the rental would be here in a couple of hours. It never came. I called them back. They blocked my number and two other phone numbers I tried to use to call them. Now I can't gain access to the ******** ******* card because they went on and changed everything and they took the $500 and I have no rental vehicle.
