I was supposed to take a fishing Charter with Captain Johnathan ****** on Saturday, February 21st. I paid a $500 deposit on Cash App and the rest two days before the charter (another $200). He told me to meet him at ***** ****** ***** *****. The morning of the charter, Johnathan texted me saying his boat battery was dead and had to cancel the charter. I thought a text versus a call was very unprofessional. That is when I had my first suspicion about him. He said he asked booking to initiate a refund. Weeks and months went by of me following-up with him and I rarely heard from him. When I did, he always had an excuse. Today is June 30th and I still haven't received my refund. This week Johnathan said all sales are final and that I wouldn't be getting a refund. However, sales are only final when services have been rendered.
