The company will take you on a timeshare presentation and have you turn your ownership over to them

Into there trust (wink wink ) and then they give you points for what you just purchased and for you’re ownership that you put into there trust.

They tell you ( Tyler Hall ) the manager that you can use those points in return to get cash checks to pay for your maintenance bills or just get the cash or cash cards. He tells you if for instance you have 100, 000 points you would in return collect 1000.00$ cash to use for whatever, but the scam is that you use those points to get cash to offset you’re maintenance fees.total lie!!! Also when you try to cancel he tells you that if your maintenance goes up then they the ‘Trust’ will absorb all the excess fees. A total lie and scam to get you to purchase. They also tell you there the largest management of timeshare resorts as that is not true either.

As a ex employee I will tell you that they are a scam. Do not believe them as all they want you to do is purchase a set of points from them.

Remember they want you to believe the more points you buy that those points will convert into cash. They use a 10 year term to show you that you will be paying for your maintenance fees over 10 years and that will be eliminated by the conversion of points to money in 10 years. So instead of paying for maintenance directly the excess points will be paying for them instead. Total scam. I once asked does that really work? And they just laughed.

As paid up owners of Summer Winds Resort at Stormy Point Village in Branson, MO, during our last vacation, we were informed that the resort is now owned by Capital Vacations and were highly encouraged to convert to their Point system from our annual week. After sitting there many hours, we reluctantly did so, at quite another expense, because of the sales rep quoting high "V.I.P." points we would get, and, be able to sell some of those points to pay the much higher annual maintenance fees and still be able to vacation for a week. We were financed through their Interval International Master Card contact (which proved to be a seriously bad move on our part!). A month after signing, we received a statement explaining that our points were reduced to less than half of what we signed for due to their audit! Now we are stuck, even if we get the deal cancelled, with a high Master Card bill, which cannot be cancelled! OH yes! We were scammed!
