They lied about their name

I had to google their name after it came up in the withdrawal amount in my card! They told me their company was named alternative dispute resolution after I asked only to see capital currency resolutions take out of my account. I had been bullied and scared into making the payment in the first place and now I feel like i definitely got scammed out of my hard earned money. But creditors don’t push you and threaten you like these ones did.

I keep getting calls from capital currency resolutions saying this is a very time sensitive call. I called them back and told them to stop calling me and to send documents if I owe anything to anyone. Haven't received anything. They continue to call me. I have their number blocked but they leave messages.

I had someone from Capital Currency Resolutions threathen to serve me papers they say from a loan I took out 6 years ago 3 months after my late husband died I do not recall ever taking out a 1000 loan especially after losing my husband the funny thing was they did not have my proper address or place of employment for someone wanting to collect on a debt I never took out they sure did not have their information right about anything on me they made me believe it was real and I wrote them after I did agree to pay and they made e-sign an agreement even after making me cry but then I told my boyfriend about them attempting to collect and he had me write them stopping the payment and telling them they are a scam they did have me scared a little til I googled the name of the place wanting money and said it's a scam.
