This company somehow charged my credit card claiming it was for a service I did not sign up for, or use. When I reach out to them via email regarding this, they continue to help me send in multiple requests for information which I provided. Once I provided this information, they would repeatedly email saying they could not access the charges and needed additional information, yet the additional information they requested was the same information that I already provided. They continued to give me the runaround without actually providing me with any assistance to stop future payments, and as a result payments continue to be taken from my account. As a result, I had to report this to my bank to have the payments stop in the card frozen. Additional information is that these charges were listed under different names on my bank account. I also researched this and have found several information online of this happening to numerous other people, with a shockingly similar stories to mine regarding this company.
