I was contacted about a job as a data entry person in a work from home role. The person I had to talk with for the interview was Matteo Colle. They claimed to be from CAP Holding S.p.A in Italy. There was an offer letter along with all the proper documentation associated with new hires. They told me they were going to send me some money to purchase equipment from another company they work with. They send me a check for 4865 then told me to deposit it. I did this, but then they wanted me to use Bitcoin to transfer the funds to this other company. Before I knew what happened, they withdrew the funds from my account as it was a fake check from Texas Bank. Then when I contacted them about it to fix it, Matteo closed his account and logged off the app I was using. I really needed that job and now I don’t know what I’m going to do since I have no job and I’ve been searching for months. Now I have no money or job.
