I was charged 9.99 that I did not authorize on 9/17. I realized it was a scam once Iogged the transaction name in google --it clearly tells me a scam! I was ordering a product from Shein and for same dollar amount . I am assuming that was a scam as well.

There are posts from friends with a link to take a survey to win earphones. After taking the survey wheel it shows the earphones and their features. if says you only pay $9.99. I made the payment then it directed me to a canine happy site. I called the # posted, the woman said i would get a refund, however she did not even sound convinced HA HA!!

Was advertised a product at discount price for subscription of $9.99. Once i found out that wasnt true, i called support and got subscription canceled. Instead of canceling immediately they charged me an additional $44.00 claiming it was within their 14 day window, and refused to reimburse it.
