I am super frustrated with this company. I was told I would receive help with a business plan but all they did was send a guide to write a business plan, which you can get from google.
I was also told once my business plan was done they would apply for loans and/or grants they thought my company qualifies for which didnt happen. After sending them my business plan they sent me a list of 17 places to apply to. There was a few places I couldnt apply to because of how long I've been in business, and there were a few that were no longer open, and the others I still haven't heard back from them. To get a refund from them you need to provide 3 declined letters which I did, so I was then told I would be getting a refund. A month later still no refund, so I reached out and they said because I made a complaint on BBB I would no longer be getting a refund. That to me is silly as returning my money would have resolved the complaint, but I wouldn't have had to leave a complaint if they would have just done the job they said they were going to do in the first place.

I was looking for information on government grants for business startups. I found this "company" through a ****** ad. There is no official phone number on the site, so I have to fill out a form and someone is supposed to contact me. I called and left a message, someone by the name of "Kay *******" which is most certainly a fake name calls me back. She was strangely unknowledgeable and unhelpful. For someone trying to be of assistance, she sounded uninterested. Regardless, I asked for a topic breakdown of the materials they would provide for their "fee" of $699. I want to know what I am getting for that kind of cash. She also couldn't tell me on the phone. After a few weeks, didn't receive anything so I called again. She said she'll transfer me to a different department and send me a sample breakdown invoice to look at. I was sent a sample invoice through which appeared to be "Registered Email". I did some searching and the heading of the email did not look like an authentic "Registered Email" and I compared to real ones I had received in the past. The sample invoice, which indicated no business address (but their business "address" on their website leads to a UPS store) or contact info had absolutely no info on it about what I can expect to receive for $699. Also, they made a point in the email to say their publication was registered with an ISBN number and provided it (also weird)...so I searched it. Doesn't exist. I began becoming suspicious and was able to find the ScamPulse.com page with literally DOZENS of similar encounters, but unfortunately of people who got to the point of giving them their money and not being able to receive a refund or being totally ghosted. Just received another call to "follow-up" with me since I never responded to the "invoice". I told her I knew this was fraudulent, then she responded with "well then don't contact us". I hung up. Wow, just wow.
