I purchased something May 6th. It took over a month to get any kind of tracking information. I kept having to email company. Finally they provided me with a tracking number and when I checked it, it stated that it was delivered on June 6th at 4:30 in mailbox. Well I contacted my local postal service and provided them with the information that was given to me, and here that tracking number was not associated with me nor my address. I had the post office provide proof by typing up a letter. I emailed that company back requesting a refund and they told me that since it was delivered, they can not refund me my money. I am looking into taking legal action.

I am out of $42.98
