We bought what was supposed to be good quality clothes from a Canadian shop. The clothes arrived from China and were very poor quality and they did not fit. When we asked about returning the items we were told that they had to be returned to China at our cost. Then they offered alternatives as follows: 10% refund or 40% discount on future purchases. We would like to somehow make sure this doesn’t happen to other people.
