We ordered a coral colored size zero dress. A package arrived in time with a yellow size medium different dress. Nothing like what we ordered. When I contacted them for a full refund they said they wanted the dress back first. I told them they would have to pay that shipping because it was their mistake and they said okay.

Well, the address they gave me to send the dress to didn't work. And they said in email my refund was in process but I never got my refund. Finally I got my credit card to cancel the original dress cost, but now I'm out the shipping cost to send a package to Hong Kong which was not cheap. I should have had them send me a shipping label instead. Not sure why I trusted they would comply.
