I ordered,on Facebook, a class ring. The seller got my information and the order was submitted. This was on March 2, 2026. March 12th was the date my payment showed up on my bank account. With no further notifications about delivery status, the ring was supposedly delivered on March 14th. The USPS was the carrier with notification of delivery on their website. The company has ignored my email communication after that. My family never saw the little ring box in our mailbox. I feel grossly disappointed with this company and would like my money refunded.
