California Warehouse 16080 Reports & Reviews (1)

Report

I ordered 9 clothing items from a website ad that came up while playing a game. I didn't do my due diligence in checking the legitimacy of the company prior to purchasing. I ordered on August 26 and have never received items. I emailed them and told them to cancel my order and refund the purchase price to the credit card used. They responded that delivery had been made on October 22, and to check with family and neighbors to see if they had picked the package up. Of course, nobody had. This company has an "F" rating due to this exact reason.
