ME A COPY AND THE ONE ON THE PHONE DISSAPEARD THEY DONT RETURN YOUR CALL THEY DONT USE LAST NAMES OR HAVE ADDRRESS ON THERE PAPER WORKI HAVE CALLED THEM SINCE THE BIGGINING FOR A CONTRACT AND NO RESPONSE ALSONOW THAT THEY HAVE INSTALLED THEIR JUNK THEY DONT ANSWER YOUR CALLS I AM 81 YEARS OLD AND HAVE CHECKED ON THESE PEOPLE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE MANY HAVE BEEN TAKEN

Anthony there agent, told me he was working with my water Co and showed me a sheet of paper that had the.BBB lettering and felt he could be trusted the before he had me sighn the financial agreement he said That he was going to record that was before he made promises of free shampoo house cleaning and body wash the contract was on my phone now it totally disappeared they don't answer your calls and they have answering service they don't provide their actual address

Young guy came to the door acting as he was part of the city’s efforts to help with our harsh water. They immediately started installing a system that my grandmother felt forced to get after maki g holes and other damage the house then she was procured into electronic signatures . My grandmother has borderline Dementia and is 87 seeking legal aid . Please don’t trust this company in your home . They start off very nice men then ghost you

Not a scam

Just because you don’t understand something doesn’t make it a scam. The representative was only making the systems affordable for those who want it and can’t afford it. Not only does California efficiency group supply the filters but they do all home improvements from filtration systems, repipe, windows, roofs, hvac, insulation and solar. You’re the one wasting your money and time by paying over priced utility bills. So instead of hating this company how about you do some research on how you water gets treated, how about you test your water with your own equipment, how about you test your water with a Covid test.

“Just because you don’t understand something doesn’t make it a scam.” My guy this company actually hopes that customers do not understand. That is the gimmick. These guys showed up to my house again “claiming” to be working in conjunction with the city of Riverside to inspect the contaminated water and install filters. And the Riverside Police Department put a notice out identifying a scam and not to even speak with your company. So there’s that. Anyone feel free to contact me for the info

Type of a scam Utility

The scammer said they were installing water purification systems nearby to combat recent high levels of chemicals discovered by the city, as if a public city service was being rendered. He said he needed to come in and test our kitchen water. A quick google search suggested this was a scam, so I didn't let him inside. He wore a bright yellow shirt and vest, as if he was a utility worker. It's clear this is a door-to-door operation to sell water purification systems or maybe to just collect personal ID information.
