I purchased some shoes but never received them and the tracking information did not have a company. They recieved payment for shoes. no response when contacted company.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Caesies.com in Janurary, I never received them. So I made a email complaint to [email protected] and they said they would resend the shoes, that was 2 weeks ago. I still have not received the shoes. I would like a refund
