I transferred funds to this crypto exchange almost 3 weeks ago. C2CX says they can't tell if they received the money or not. My wallet and the blockchain confirmed it has been deposited in my account on c2cx and the customer service say that I have not transfer anything which make me think c2cx is stealing people’s money because the issue is still unresolved till this day. If they can't manage simple deposits, I wonder how they secure my coins if its stored in “their wallets” and you cannot withdraw it. I blame Scott freeman that is the ceo, because hes known for doing this kind of scams, saw a lot of people talking about this on many forums. Please do something with this guy.

They put their advertisement using promo codes about “giving crypto away” like btc, then make ppl to join their website because they won’t give you the btc until you deposit at least 500$, so they convince to put money in. But, it’s all false, made a deposit of 0.1btc that its worth 600$ at the time and I won the promo code, they “gave me 100$” but when I tried to withdraw, I was not able to withdraw any of my money, I fell in this scam.

I am a new user on C2CX crypto exchange. As expected, I started an account, connected 2FA and made a deposit of 2k in my account, that’s less than 0.4 BTC, just to trade and invest in some coins that are listed there. On the same month, I tried buying some coins and everything was fine, the second month I made decent money and wanted to withdraw profits to my personal wallet then all the sudden I was blocked and demanded to be verified. I did the KYC even though their page says that KYC is not required for withdraws of less than 2 BTC. Joined their telegram to ask for help, found their CEO scott freeman there, dmed him about my issue and he said that KYC was necessary to be able to withdraw 0.13 btc, I told him that I don’t give my information away, that’s why I created my account there because it was possible to trade without KYC then he said that that week C2CX updated that policy, KYC is required now. Wanted to cash out and delete my account immediately, told him so and he ignored me and blocked. Scammed me my 0.47 btc that were in my account, so sad.

C2CX management have decided to suspend withdrawals of thousands and thousands of traders and hold their funds and took them in an ride called KYC/AML process which involve providing sensitive data including but not limited to passport copies, selfies, utility bills, credit card, bank statements, source of funds, history of trading, screen shots of trades made in the past…etc This has proven to be a very long and potentially endless process due to the amount of time taken by their support and security teams to respond and move to the next step before they go back to square one and repeat the cycle again and again. I think this is intentional.

Found out that Scott freeman CEO of C2CX is selling his clients information to Russian people, giving them our identities and offering money laundering. At first, I didn’t believe it, I have an account in their exchange and it started to get ugly to the point all I see is bad news about them, every forum is talking about C2CX scamming people. So, I wanted to delete all my information from their page, went to their telegram group and a women Arong Xu, told me that its not possible to erase my account, I gave up and tried to withdraw my money for the first time in 1 year using this exchange and there it was unconfirmed transaction... Sent over 3 tickets I believe and nothing happens. Wish there could be a way to find this out.

Got interested in a cryptocurrency with the name of “LONG” and its listed on c2cx, sent money just to buy this coin and I did. The problem started when I tried to withdraw all my coins and I couldn’t, opened 4 tickets already and they always say the same “Site just went into maintenance” which is stupid, its been 3 weeks with this issue and I need my money back

There was an IEO called “CNNS” on Gate.io and Scott Freeman hosted a pool on his telegram group https://t.me/C2CX_EN . The pool goal was 100k, we couldn’t reach it so he said that he would return the money back, he didn’t, 3 weeks passed by and it started to feel weird because last April 24th the IEO got listed and started to be trade on Gate.io with a 6.5kx and he returned the money after they listed the coin which it was really shady. I really think he got in, took all the profits, didn’t share a bit and used us. I’ll now stay away from Scott Freeman and anything that has to do with him. Their C2CX exchange trading engine is always down (hours at the time) and extremely glitchy. Customer support is awful, it takes hours for someone to chat-reply to you and they never have a straight answer. I lost a lot of money thanks to this guy.

A company that advertises all over the Internet that they offer purchase of digital currency by credit card in dollar. Only to find that they don’t take US issued credit cards. They force an exhaustive verification system of both your payment method (credit card) and identity verification (DL ID) but only tell you that your verified payment method doesn’t work the first time you try and use it. Seems to me they are just harvesting personal information, then I found out they are a Chinese exchange and its common to see Chinese scams in the crypto space. Investigated their CEO and it’s a guy known for these kinds of actions, “Scott Freeman”, googled this man and only saw bad things, there’s a possibility that they are selling my information to Russian people right now.

My LTC withdrawal transaction is pending in a crypto exchange called C2CX. I’m not sure what's holding it up, asked on their telegram group if any admin could assist me, a woman with the name of Arong X* that I later found out that its Scot [censored] (CEO) wife, told me to open a ticket and I did, no response yet till this day. The site just went into “maintenance” she said, they don’t have an eta for it to come back. She then told me to email them at [email protected] and to check the reply after the site is up, did it too… 1 and a half month later they site still down? Don’t think so, they stole my 127 Litecoin’s.

Opening an account in this company is probably one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made. The most unprofessional company I've ever seen crypto related. Have two kinds of verification process which takes about a month, then when you deposit is fast but for withdraws? it takes weeks to confirm! and it fails all the time. I've opened several support tickets but NO response at all. They have collected my personal information in exchange of availability for trade in cryptocurrencies, which they DID NOT FULFILL. They're openly scamming me and I’m probably not the only one.

C2CX was hosting a pool of an ICO called “Crypto Curve”, they offered a good token bonus, so I agreed, paid them 5 BTC that was 274,329 CRV tokens + bonus that as like 20% of the investment that equals 329,194 which they didn’t give me. Received 229,124 tokens, try to claim the other 100k and they ignored me and told me that was it. Incredible to be honest, after we made such a deal they stole me those coins, literally x2 of the bonus, it was just a false bonus to make you invest in.

I recently created an account on this C2CX cryptocurrency exchange, and deposit 0.6 BTC that is worth like 3190 US$ but it never confirmed on the exchange, but it was on the blockchain. So I email them to help me out with the issue and they said that I never sent any BTC to my account, with was pretty stupid because it on the BLOCKCHAIN, So I decided to msg their CEO Scott Freeman on his telegram ” @scottfreeman”, sent him my account with a screenshot of the transaction on the blockchain and he said It was photoshop the picture so I sent him the link and he blocked me.

Have 3 BTC on this exchange called “C2CX”, wanted to withdraw all 2 weeks ago and the transaction hasn’t confirmed. I was worried because I’ve been reading everywhere that their CEO its known for being a scammer. So I joined their telegram group and there was a women called Arong Xu being rude to me, telling me that I’m lying about my money and that they already gave me to me, once again told her to give me my money and she kicked me from the group. Now I’m here with no knowledge about where my money is.

There’s a coin on C2CX that I wanted to buy called HTL, created my account and made a deposit of 6 BTC, bought 108206 HTL that’s like 31k. Everything was fine but I wanted to move my coins to my personal wallet just because I saw some forums about people talking that C2CX its been managed by a group of people called “IT Resources”, which are people lying about where they are located, someone found that their page says they live in Luxembourg but in reality they are in China. When I made the transfer, there it was, “transaction error”, started to freak out, that money it’s a LOT so tried to call them and seems like they didn’t want me to find out that C2CX were IT Resources! because they didn’t admit and hanged up on me, email them didn’t work, texted their CEO Scott freeman, nothing. Over 3 months with my coins on their exchange and I cannot move it or sell it.

C2CX is a shady exchange with some weird activities, read about some money laundering that Scott Freeman was offering to Russian people and that he uses his exchange for this. My friend told me he deposited some btc into c2cx and they blocked his account. How can this be a thing? This guy needs to be investigated so I did and found out that he works with some weird group called the ITR group located in China with this address “F/26, Lekai Building, 660 Shangcheng Road, Pudong, Shanghai 200120” and they do some dirty stuff, a lot of people complaining about being stolen or scammed by these guys.

I first contacted Scott for a BTC OTC deal he was proposing, he offered me 200 BTC worth of HLT for a 750,000$ price. I thought It was a nice offer (it’s worth almost 1 million) because I really like HLT and buying 200 btc worth of it in the exchange could easily make me lose a lot of money. At first it was everything according to plan, I sent him the 200 btc on his exchange and he did the same with the HTL, everything was fine until I logged into C2CX and tried to withdraw my 3,690,036 HTL. My petition its still pending till this day after more than 1 month of waiting, called him nothing, wrote him on telegram nothing. I can’t believe I lost almost 1m like nothing, insane. I reported him to the cop’s in my city but its not enough, please help I’m out of ideas.

I opened an account with C2CX 2 months ago to buy some of the altcoins. I recently tried to withdraw a very small amount of my Bitcoins by C2CX to different exchange’s wallet. I waited 2 days and it showed 0 confirmations. I opened a support ticket and waited 3 days and got no response. I then decided that when I get out of C2CX to get out altogether. It does not seem to be have the integrity that I originally thought so I sold the rest of my altcoins to Bitcoin, made another withdrawal request to a different wallet and still after several days nothing has happened. They are holding my coins and not responding to any of 6 open tickets. I recently started to go deep on the exchange, and the owner “Scott Freeman” is being under investigation for money laundering in Russia and he does it with his exchange C2CX, how can this be a thing? There’s no hope with my money anymore, please send this guy to prison.

I contacted a telegram user @scottfreeman (CEO of C2CX) asking to list our coin on their exchange for 8 BTC (3 pairs BTC, ETH, USDT) and I got a long chat with him asking infos on the exchange.... like the address of their office in Europe, but I investigated that they are a Chinese exchange run out of office in Shanghai of a company called "ITR Group"… I gave him a try and told him I would send half before listing (4 BTC) and the other half after (4 BTC). I sent the 4 BTC and he started to ignore me so I tried to get on their c2cx telegram group to spread the word, but first talked to her wife (Arong Xu, @arongxu) to see if she could do something about it, she told me that Scott was busy or something and she would do something about it. After couple of weeks I started to get worried so I typed her and she wouldn’t response. Talked about it on their group and I got perma banned and with my c2cx account locked. Unfair to get scammed like this, I really don’t know what to do now.

+1

C2CX closed my account for no reason and after collecting my personal identity including bank info and statements, and now I can't even get in contact with them to ask them to remove my info for safety. It took three weeks to get through the process of verifying my ID, because it took so long for them to get back to me through each step. Then they asked me to confirm my address, which I kept confirming but it kept coming back not accepted, so I sent a trouble ticked and waited another week only to find out my account is closed. Absolutely no communication about it - just that they closed the ticked... FYI You can only contact them with a trouble ticket - no phone or email... So now I have to wonder what they did with my ID, because it feels like some kind of scam on some level. Incredibly terrible experience.

The problem with C2CX is that they DO NOT have a telephone number where you can reach them, they DO NOT have an email address where they actually will allow you to contact them, they DO NOT answer questions submitted to their Support System.... which, by the way SUCKS HARD... they DO HAVE my money which they received via BTC on DEC 6/18 and they have never made those funds available for me to trade with.... YOU FIGURE IT OUT. NO LUCK trying to contact these scammers. they only way to contact them is via their telegram group where Scott freeman and his wife Arong Xu are just kicking people that are asking about their money.
