Saw this page on instagram. Account looked legitimate. Did a google search and there were no claims of it being a scam at the time. Purchased August 1st, 2025. Reached out a couple weeks later to see why it hadnt shipped and if i should cancel the order. Received a response that they had just rebranded and that caused the delay, was offered, I believe, a 25% refund. Reluctantly, I said sure as I had wanted to try this product. By the end of September, I emailed again saying to just cancel and refund me, and of course, no response. Instagram account is now random videos under the same name
