They claim to be a licensed cryptocurency exchange. However after making a deposite they claim their computer froze up and in order to make your exchange from the currency you sent to your desired currency they need you to make another small payment only once you do they stop all communications and their support website doesn't expect emails and the phone numbers is not legitimate. Also their live chat suddenly no longer works. They need to be shut down. I used the last of my monthly income to try and make a little extra money by using what claimed to be an honest and licensed currency exchange but they definitely are not!!!
