I was contacted by BW Consulting stating that I owe 900 bucks to them for a debt that I had they was extremely rude to me and threatened to sue me. I just googled them and found this page. What do I need to do. I have not gotten anything in the mail at all I think I’m gonna put a stop payment on it. They was so convincing

A woman called my cell phone today and when I didn't answer it she called my job I told her I would call her back after work at 4pm she called me back at 405 saying I had a loan, and before she could continue I went off on her, I said let me guess you are boss is Mr. Wayne Phillips right she hesitated and said no but u owe this that and the third I told her I'm not paying u peanuts till I get paper in the mail she said we sent it I said send it again she said ok I will, and I said make sure u send the loan info also cus I need to know who I'm paying and if its 11 yrs old I want to know why this such high loan wasn't on my credit report, so we shall see the number is 18663036094 I'm waiting this for paper work or the next phone call back I'm tired of this crap when is someone gonna deal with these [censored] and put a stop to them and that wayne I'm sorry if you are looking you need a punch in your throat for the way u talk to people I'm just saying

Wayne Phillips called my wife to tell me to call him! It turns out to be BW Consultants. I knew it had to be a scam. He said he was a lawyer (what lawyer makes phone calls) and could not talk about the case with her.

Been getting calls once a month claiming I have a lawsuit against me.
Finally was contacted today. Found out that they claimed to be a lawfirm called BW Consulting. I'm supposed to contact a Wayne Phillips at this phone number 1 833-434-7225 ext 504.
Immediately went to Google and found this site. And another person had to contact a Wayne Phillips too.
Thx for helping me!
I only called them to see who was calling me. Their number was 833-431-3791!

On July 26, 2022, I had a voice-mail asking me to return their call. A lady named Deann said I had an outstanding loan from 2017 that if I didn't set up a payment plan right then I would go to court. She had my last four of social but the address for me was wrong. Unfortunately, I did setup a plan. Later, I thought more on it, I never took out any loans and wouldn't even have qualified for a loan. When I tried to email them back, the email came back saying the domain doesn't exist. I tried calling the numbers and they go nowhere. I immediately contacted my bank and changed my accounts. They never would say who the original debtor was.

A man called a friend of mine and said he was trying to get in touch with me about an out standing debt that I was about to be sued for and that he wanted to help me prevent the lawsuit. I called back and spoke with a man who gave his supposed name. He said I owed money for a Master Card in the amount of over $2400 and offered to settle for $653 if I paid it by 3:30 pm the next day. I googled BW consulting and confirmed the scam. They had my ss#, dob, and old address.

Super scam. I was called by this number as a closest of kin to my father. I was told to pass along a message to him that my father needed to call Wayne Philips at 1-833-431-3408. When I asked what it was concerning, or ANY other questions, the man on the phone got super aggressive. Their number even popped up on my phone as SPAM.

They called me from 1-833-266-2833, which happens to be the same connected number above in complaint 2. The man got very aggressive and even said " I'm getting the 3rd degree" after asking for his name, the company name and what it stands for. He even called me back to continue his harassment. I called again to get more information and that point a women named Lacy hung up on me after I told them that they were scammers. After that I tried tried calling them again and low and behold they had my number blocked. These people are low lives and deserve the stiff end of the law.

yes me to BW Consulting I had to call by 3:00 pm today at 877-411-8579 they finally sent me a paper with no heading on it I could of made it by myself. By 3:00 pm today I will be surved with papers. The paper had the wrong account number on it, not my email that was wrong they said they sent me paperwork well no wonder why I dident get it. I called the creditor which they say i owed and they have no record of me the account number was only 15 digits and they needed 16. reduced payment from 1170.00 to 664.00 because of covid, emailed them back and the email dident go through came back to me. Her name was Lacie

I just experienced a similiar situation with a very aggressive manager who refused to send me any email or provide and real credentials about his business. Saying I was going to appear in court for a collections case from 12 years ago even though nothing was on my credit in any negative way. They cold called me, but they also had all my information so I thought mayeb it was legit. He said I could settle with them or go to court for way more than the price of the settlement. He was very rude when I asked him to explain who he was and send me over an email of some sorts. We talked back and forth with him talking circles around me for about an hour. Then when he finally did agree to send me the email and he said you decide now or you are going to court, I said sir let me review this first and do a little research about your company before giving you my money and he said no see you in court. This feels like a very unprofessional fishing scam, but it was very convicing.

Hi this was a second phone called that I received from this company BW Consulting threatening me about a car repossession that happened over 10 years they wanting me to pay them the amount owe 1,000 car was sold in the auction that was the settlement, I told them I did not received any mail about this I said to them to send me an email or mail the letter again they threatening me to take me to court I told I want to see in writing I am not agreeing in no payment I also said when I received the letter I will be consulting a lawyer. I Immediately called my ex husband he called the company they hang up the phone 3 times on him he immediately said that is a scam please block them.
