I found a “bug zapper” product on several online review sites and went to the product site to purchase. On checkout I was charged $68.39 plus $9.95 for shipping for a total of $78.34. My bank statement showed a $85.94 charge. I called customer service and they said that I was charge correctly and that I am just confused. When I mentioned reporting them, they agreed to reimburse the total amount, but would not let me speak to anyone else. The also provided the name “Vault Lifestyle Shop” as their business name.
