Placed online order for 3 pair of shoes on 4/3/26. No product received. Was charged $44.97 for those items on 4/3/26. A second charge was taken of $39.99 on 4/10/26. On 4/20 I sent email to support inquiring about my missing order and the second charge. I got a response that was time-stamped 8hrs before I sent it. This reply said “I’m sorry for your concern please provide the order number and we will investigate” I provided the order number in my original email. I responded twice to that email and both times it was rejected as “undeliverable”

I placed an order on March 12, 2026 and still had not received my order to this day. I sent an email in which they responded saying sorry for the delay. I then called the number on the order receipt in which someone answered saying BuySlyde was using their information and unfortunately I was scammed. Slyde has attempted to withdraw several times since then. When I call I'm automatically sent to voicemail.

I saw an ad on Instagram for Croc sandals in some very cute and neutral colors. I went on the website, buyslyde.com, and purchased my size in the tan color on 3/23/2026 for $20 even. I got 2 order confirmation emails on the same day with my order # and telling me to reply to the email if I had any questions & it told me it would take 5-8 days to ship, and once it shipped I would receive another email with the tracking information. I’ve been emailing them to follow up and they’ve said the product has shipped but there is no tracking number. I asked them to refund my money and they do not respond. I’ve asked them for my tracking number and they do not respond or say it’s unavailable. Well it’s been almost a month now and I still haven’t received a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number like they promised. The contact information gives a 123 phone number and says the nearest store location is “Nowhereville”.

Clicked what looked like a legit site linked on Facebook and they had a Shopify link and shop…. Ordered the shoes from Buyslyde.com and am

Now out 78.00.

I should have looked further into the identity of the company and realized it was a scam.

I ordered a pair of chocolate colored croc sandals on the legit looking website Buyslyde.com. I promptly received a confirmation email from [email protected] and was promised a tracking number. This was on March 13th. Today, on April 1st, I still haven’t received any response or update. The same company charged an additional 34.99$ to my credit card on 03/27, bringing my total loss to $52.75. I’m trying to dispute which seems difficult, because of my previous willing purchase.
