I ordered one item from BuyOrthotoe.com and they sent me three and charged me for three. I have spoken to the seller twice. They told me I have to answer a survey so I can continue with the refund. I answered the survey they sent me an email and told me I have to answer another survey to get the refund. I answered that survey and then they send me another link that I’m supposed to respond to they’re refusing to refund my money for the $36.97 I was charged.
