I tried to get a refund and cancel the order because it was taking too long to come in, but they said shipping was too expensive...as if I hadn't paid for the shipping myself. I still demanded a refund, but was ignored. Then I didn't realize I'd gotten the monthly subscription and emailed telling them to cancel the new automatic order and my subscription, to which they told me I was put on a LIST to have my cancellation request looked over to see IF I would get approved... I was irate! I told them I'd better hear back soon, but got no word. Then yesterday, another withdrawal for an order I DON'T WANT was take out of my account. And there is no way to view or cancel the subscription. I've sent them more emails today and yesterday but have heard nothing. I'm so fed up!
