Online retailer scam

These scammers signed my 82-year-old mother up to a subscription for their supplements and then kept sending them as we tried to cancel. When we sent everything back unopened, they kept charging her. And then in the end they only refunded 100 and refused to refund the $150+ and also signed her up to a 14.95 per month fee for nothing. It is a total scam and there is no reason an old lady should be receiving $200+ of keto gummies per month. Her doctor told her not to take supplements as she has other underlying conditions and this could be dangerous.
