Order was completed through the SHOP app (which I have used before). Received a tracking number that allowed me to follow status. It was delivered to a different address and when I tried to obtain more information, I found the tracking details was for someone else. I have attached the proof of delivery and copy of receipts.

Ordered a water fountain for my cat after seeing many adverts on Instagram. Tracking showed it was delivered in Miami, FL. I live in Orlando, FL. Emailed the contact as per website, no reply. Sent many messages through the contact us page on their website, no reply. Complete waste of time and money, they are scammers.

I bought the Aqua Kitty special buy one get one free and I tried to do my research. Checked out the website thought the company was legitimate, however, never received the product. Got a shipping notification from FedEx. It was delivered, but the picture showed a totally different house about eight hours away in Tallahassee when I live in Bradenton. Three emails to the company, but no responses, no phone number or address to contact the seller. Total scam. Now working with the credit card company for a charge back.
