I bought a set of spindles from buy kart and parts at reasonable prices for $100. I recieved a notice that i needed to pay an insurance fee of $101 before they could release it to be shipped. On top of the $100 dollars i have already paid for the spindles. I told him i am not paying any other money. That a man Mr. Siga told me i had to pay before they could deliver it. I told him then just send it back to the company that brought it to you. As of yesterday they have blocked me from anything to do with this order. I have been riped off fraudulently. They took my money and never sent my package to me. Then i got a message from universailshippingnetwork customer service telling me that there is a balance of $237 due before delivery. I told them i am not paying it to send it back. When he came back on the line he said that they took off one of the fees, but i still needed to pay the $101 yo have it delivered.. i responded tothat and they never came back on the line
