We have contacted the building owners and they report nobody by that name or company is there.
This company is a group of scammers that take upfront fees for vacation rentals or offers to sell property in Mexico and around the World - once they get your fee's they do not produce or give any particular product nor are they able to sell anything as they are not licensed brokers. A Jose Vargas identifies himself as a "manager" and gives a bank account number in Mexico called BBVA Bancomer in Jalisco, MX. This is a sweep account in which the money is swept from the account - and into cash. The monitory loss exceeds usually $9,000 but possibly up towards $25,000.
