Scammer sent me a form labelled CF1003, claiming to be Corporate Filings. They charged a fee and asked for payment through a check/money order, claiming that the purpose was for Corporate Existence and Transparency Reporting. They also threatened to charge fines up to $10,000 if I did not comply in time. No return address was listed, so I searched for one through the name online. The real Corporate Filings LLC messaged me back through the mail alerting me that this was a scam and that they do not ask for this type of information or fees.
