I WASNT SURE IF THIS WAS TRUE , I SEARCHED IN THE INTERNET AND GOOGLE GUIDE ME TO THIS WEBSITE SAYING IT WAS A SCAMMER .

What prompted me to look online for their name, is they had no website or a link to pay online. The letter, which came on nice letterhead and had a seal in the left hand corner, states "A Florida Certificate of State is issued.......business purposes. A certificate of Statues certifies that..........state requirements. The Certificate of Status shows........date of formation. The Certificate of Status bears the official seal of the Florida Secretary of State." They only give the party five (5) days to respond.
The letter is very 'official' looking, it references the name and address of the new LLC together with the Document number.
The letter requests the email address and telephone number for the business in addition to a check or Money Order in the amount of $67.25 to be mailed back to them, SIGNED by an officer of the company...!
This is a SCAM!
